Equal Justice America awarded a two-year $130,000 Veterans' Rights Fellowship to Kristin Hendriksen (Northwestern J.D. 2020). Kristin worked from September 2020 to August 2022 at Legal Aid Chicago.

Kristin worked closely with Legal Aid Chicago’s Veterans' Rights team and Housing Practice Group to provide comprehensive service to veterans, protecting veterans' rights on the crucial issues of housing, health care and employment. Please click here for more information.

Equal Justice America awarded a two-year Immigration Fellowship to Northwestern law graduate Lauren Dana, whose EJA Fellowship ended in September 2019. Lauren did an outstanding job and has been retained at LAC as a staff attorney.
