My favorite quote by an elected official was by Vice President Hubert Humphrey; ‘It was once said that the moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; and those who are in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped.’

“I have a drive to serve those in difficult circumstances, to do what I can to make a change in their lives.

It would be best for all for government to live up to that quote. I am committed to his sentiment and am pleased to serve those people in my role at Equal Justice America.”
