Given my relocation expenses for the summer and the high cost of renting and living in the Boston area, I do not believe I would have been able to serve underrepresented, low-income clients and develop my own skills in this summer opportunity [at the Center for Health Law Policy and Innovation of Harvard Law School], if it were not for Equal Justice America’s generous support. I am grateful for and humbled by Equal Justice America’s choice to support my commitment to the public interest, and I have no doubt that it was a worthwhile investment.
