Welcome David Gruber to our EJA Team
Equal Justice America is excited to announce that David Gruber has joined the organization as Director of Development, effective February 5, 2026.
David brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising and a deep commitment to advancing justice and opportunity for underserved communities. Over the course of his career, he has raised more than $17 million in support of organizations serving young people aging out of foster care, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and others affected by poverty, instability, and systemic inequities.
At Equal Justice America, David will focus on strengthening and expanding the support that makes our work possible. He will work to build lasting relationships that sustain EJA’s mission and help ensure that more aspiring public interest lawyers can pursue careers serving low-income and underserved communities.
David joins EJA as we continue to grow and strengthen our work to expand access to justice nationwide.
