Raised in the Rio Grande Valley and Reynosa, Mexico, Ariana Guerrero has lived the challenges that shape our broken immigration system. Now a 1L at UT Austin, she’s transforming that personal insight into action. This summer, as an EJA Fellow at the Center for Immigration Law and Policy at UCLA, she’s working with young migrants and their families on special visas, asylum cases, and responses to ICE raids. Ariana combines legal training with community-rooted organizing and international policy research. Her long-term vision is clear: to bring sustainable, pro bono legal services to the border region she calls home.
